Strength is in numbers and this weekend sees the launch of My24 in
Truro where 24 independent retailers and designer makers have banded together
to promote their shops and websites in the beautiful capital of Cornwall.
Orchestrated by enthusiastic Peter of ArtySmith the last few weeks have
been a positive collaboration of businesses who care about their local
community and individual retail outlets and is culminating this weekend in a
bubble of orange balloons and a competition to win £150. For the next 24
days we will be promoting our local small shops and producers - 24 of them -
and you can visit the website www.My24.co.uk/Truro to see the online shop
promoting (yes you guessed it!) 24 products from each outlet.
Over the weekend there is also a small Pop Up Shop on the first
floor of Uneeka Home on City Road in Truro; why not come and say hi and see some of the
products that are not on the high street.
